Possessed are a seminal metal band that arguably began the entire genre of death metal. These Bay Area metalheads released their first album back in 1985, including a track that was actually called Death Metal. Since then, the band released two full albums and a single EP before going on a hiatus.
Over three decades since their last LP, the band announced a brand new album called Revelations of Oblivion. It should hit the market on May 10, and its first single is here. The track is called No More Room in Hell and it will surely feel spot-on not just for the Possessed fans, but all those who like their death metal old-school and evil.
